Constant development is the law of life, and a man who always tries to maintain his dogmas in order to appear consistent drives himself into a false position.  ~ Mohandas K. Gandhi ~

30 Days of Course Corrections

You may have decided to start taking daily steps towards your goals. Congratulations if you did. But you may be afraid of going the wrong direction or doing the wrong thing. Then you worry about set backs. Perhaps you wonder if you can handle your goal.

Taking slow and steady steps towards your goals can help you reach your goals and help you build your confidence. The act of moving forwards gives you momentum and ability to grow on your skills. You are building your confidence and skills on the previous days.

When you have set backs you should learn from them. You have had successes before and you will again, realize this set back was a lesson and continue to move forward. See if your course needs adjustments to reach your goals. This is how you stay on target.

You will also need to make course adjustments when you succeed. If your successes are taking further away from your goal, then you either need to change your goal or make course corrections to get back on track.

But course corrections are not limited to goals. Over the next 30 days, start making course corrections in various areas of your life. If something is not lining up like you want, then modify your plans. Making a major change can be hard, so it takes little steps that build on the ones before to make major life changes.
